We loved the warm welcome with the heater and electric blankets turned on for us! the location is really quiet and central to both the university and Ara. It's also close to shops and eateries, making it convenient for us. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and warm. the motel is within walking distance of Hagley Park, Botanic Gardens, Punting on the Avon, CBD, and grocery stores. the free laundry facilities were a bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being on a quiet street right next to the park. It was so convenient to be able to take a short stroll and have access to beautiful greenery. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met. The rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen facilities for cooking. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day. this hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The facilities were decent, with a comfortable bed and a working shower. It was also in a pretty good location, close to shops and a park. Plus, the heating was on when we arrived, which was a nice touch.

Free parking and a cool playground to hang out with friends. We explored the golfing nearby, and it was so fun! Plus, we had the whole place to ourselves, no annoying adults to cramp our style.

The only thing we wished for was a pool. Would have been epic to have a pool party and splash around with our friends.

This motel provided great value for the money we paid. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with a washing machine and hairdryer. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the Botanical Gardens and some good eateries. What we liked most about our stay was that the staff was helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and even offering shuttle service to and from the airport.

We were disappointed when we booked the shuttle service to and from the airport but were told the night before our arrival that they didn't have the staff available to pick us up. Additionally, the motel itself was a bit dated and rundown, in need of some upgrading. our experience was positive, but some areas of improvement could increase the quality of our stay.
